Delivery Times

The expected delivery date of your order is shown on the product, cart and order pages.
So during before and during the ordering process you can see when it's expected.
All orders are shipped priority to ensure you get it as soon as possible.
After shipping you get a tracking number to follow the shipment.*

Delivery Costs

Delivery of your order is in most cases free of charge.
On the product pages you can see which minimum value is required for this..
For orders below that minimum we only charge a small shipping fee.

For hardware products we allows 30 day return after receiving the product.**

Please share the reason for the return so we can handle it in best possible way.
We will then send you return instructions so you can easily return the product.
