Terms and Conditions

"Leoné" means Leoné MusicReader B.V., a privately held company located in Borne, The Netherlands, using trademark MusicTabletStore.
"Us" means Leoné MusicReader B.V. either alone or together with You, as the context requires;
"You" and “The Customer” both means the person ordering products subject to these Purchase Terms.

1. Agreement
Leoné cannot accept Your order until You have paid for it in full. You may pay by the methods offered on the website.

Upon payment, Leoné will confirm receipt of Your order by an acknowledgement displayed onscreen once Your payment details have been accepted, followed by an e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address You provide on Your order details.

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in Your order up until the point at which You submit Your order by clicking the “Place order” button on the checkout page.

Your order represents an offer to Us to purchase the products which is accepted by Us when we send You an e-mail confirming acceptance of Your order. A legally binding contract between Us is created at the point of our acceptance of Your order

Leoné reserves the right to choose not to accept Your order for any reason, at its discretion, and will not be liable to You or anyone else in those circumstances.

The supply of products is subject to availability

2. Prices and Payment
The prices for products displayed for sale on this website are as set out on the website.
Prices listed are only valid for the country selected at the top of the website.
Delivery may be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed under “Shipping Costs”, where they apply.
Prices may change at any time prior to (but not after) acceptance of Your order.

In the unlikely event that the price of an item has been incorrectly advertised on this website, we will contact You by e-mail (at the address provided with Your order details) or telephone You, to ask whether You wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. If You are not happy to proceed, or we are unable to obtain Your instructions, we will cancel the order and provide You with a full refund of any monies debited.

By using a credit card or PayPal/Bank account to pay for Your order, You confirm that this card or account being used is Yours. For fraud-prevention we might request additional identity prove for order larger than €150,-. All credit card and PayPal/Bank account holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer, bank and/or PayPal. If card issuer, bank and/or PayPal refuses to authorize payment we will not accept Your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform You of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for Your card issuer, PayPal or bank charging You as a result of our processing of the payment in accordance with Your order.

Your credit card and account details are always transferred encrypted using the secure encryption technique SSL.

For orders made from the European Union and UK, VAT is added to Your order. VAT is not charged to orders from other countries. If You are a VAT-registered business within any EU country and specify Your business name and valid VAT number at the time of ordering, VAT will not be charged. You can provide this information with Your order.

3. Delivery
Subject to availability, Leoné will use its reasonable endeavors to deliver the products You have ordered, within 1-14 days of You placing the order, but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control. We will deliver the products direct to the address You specify when You submit Your order.
Leoné cannot ship items from the same order to multiple addresses.

Deliveries will be made to Your door. Leoné is not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of products.

Most of the items dispatched are insured for additional peace of mind. Check these shipments before You sign for them. If the shipment arrives damaged, You must note that fact on Your receipt/bill of lading and have the driver acknowledge with their signature. The Customer must report shipping damage to the carrier and to Leoné within ten days of receipt of products. You are responsible for initiating all freight claims with the carrier.

Once delivered, the products will become Your property (provided they have been paid for in full) and Your responsibility. Leoné will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.

In case You wants us to deliver the ordered item to a different address other than the invoice (credit card and/or PayPal registered) address, then we can ask to send us further documents to prove the legitimate identity and address. We reserve the right to decline shipments to a different delivery address. We will always try to contact You if we have to send the order to the invoice address.

If the products You order are not available, for whatever reason, Leoné will inform You of the position by e-mail (at the address provided with Your order details) or telephone. If the products are temporarily out of stock, we will ask if You wish to wait for the products to become available. Unless You advise Us of Your wish to do so, Leoné will refund any money debited from Your payment method by re-crediting Your account. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 28 days of notifying You of the non-availability of the products.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is a product-dependent policy:

  • Digital products are always non-returnable. Such licenses and subscriptions are fully personal and cannot be transferred. You should try evaluation versions before You order one of these products.
  • Hardware products can only be returned within 30 days. Exceptions to this are products for which an alternative return period is indicated on the specific product page of our website.

If a product is returnable, it can be returned in its original condition within the indicated period of time and we'll issue You with a full refund less the delivery charge and the payment collection service fee. Refunds can only be processed to Your original payment method.

Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. Before You can return a product You first have to request RMA (Return Material Authorization). If the return is authorized then we will provide You with information about how to return the product. These authorizations are only valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Shipping costs of the return are paid by the customer unless the product is faulty.

Products sent back without prior returns authorization will be returned back to You and the cost of this delivery charged to Your account

The returning products should always contain all its accessories and should be in re-sellable conditions. If the products have been used or not in a re-sellable condition, then the refund may be rejected or higher re-stocking fee will be applicable. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% of restocking charge for all products returned which are found to be not faulty and returned after the returning period expired. For purchases made more than 60 days ago, no refund will be given in any case.

5. Warranty

All digital products are fully covered by terms and condition and the EULA of the specific product.

All hardware products are fully supported by two year warranty.
Products that become defective within warranty can be returned directly to Leoné using the return procedure described in “Returns and Refunds”.

6. Privacy and Security
Leoné is committed to Your privacy and security, maintaining Your privacy is critical to us.

Our site may link to other web sites and we are not responsible for their data policies or procedures or their content.

9. General

Leoné will not be liable to You where performance of any of our obligations to You is prevented or restricted by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for complying with local laws, if and to the extent that they are applicable. We do not represent or warrant that any product on this website is appropriate for use or available in all countries, or that it complies with any legal or regulatory requirements of such other locations.

If You order products for delivery outside the Netherlands, they may be subject to import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for these. We have no control over such charges and cannot advise You as to what they may be, although Your local customs office may be able to assist. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, You will be regarded as the importer and it is Your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are to be delivered. Cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

You are responsible for the use You make of the products. To the extent not prohibited by law, Leoné accepts no liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, productwill, opportunity and other similar losses). Leoné does not limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

If any part of these Purchase Terms is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Purchase Terms shall be unaffected and shall remain in force.

These Purchase Terms and any contract between Us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law and any dispute will be brought before the Dutch Courts.

Leoné may change these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided that any such change will not affect any purchases You have made before the change is implemented. The Terms and Conditions currently in effect are those published on this website.
